GRADUATION

HOW TO APPLY

Students wishing to exit with an award are required to request this formally. Students who elect to take out a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma and wish to return to complete their Graduate Diploma or MBA at a later date will be required to rescind the previous award before the higher qualification can be awarded.

From Study Period 1 2007 students who are currently enrolled in the APESMA La Trobe program and elect to take out a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma will receive an APESMA La Trobe testamur. When they enrol into the Graduate Diploma or MBA they will then receive an APESMA testamur. Students cannot enrol into a higher APESMA La Trobe program once they take out an award.

Applications for graduation must be received by APESMA by the following dates:

  • 31st January 2010 (if you anticipate to complete your award in Study Period 2, 2009)
Formal documentation to confirm the completion of your award will be sent to you in April 2010 and your certificate will be printed in June 2010.

  • 19th March 2010 (if you anticipate to complete your award in Study Period 3, 2009)
Formal documentation to confirm the completion of your award will be sent to you in April 2010 and your certificate will be printed in June 2010.

  • 26th July 2010 (if you anticipate to complete your award in Study Period 1, 2010)

  • The current program you are enrolled in
